Cancellation Policy

*Holiday Camp Policy* 1. *Booking and Payment* - All holiday camp bookings must be made in advance, with full payment required at the time of booking. - A spot in the camp is only confirmed upon receipt of payment. 2. *Cancellations and Refunds* - Cancellations made *7 days or more* prior to the camp start date will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made *less than 7 days* prior to the start of the camp are non-refundable unless in cases of exceptional circumstances, which will be reviewed at The Streetz Football’s discretion. - If The Streetz Football cancels a camp, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer the booking to a future camp. 3. *Missed Camp Days* - No refunds or credits will be issued for missed camp days once the camp has started, regardless of the reason. 4. *Camp Rules and Guidelines* - Participants must arrive on time and adhere to the camp schedule. - All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other players. Misconduct may result in removal from the camp without refund. 5. *Liability and Safety* - The Streetz Football ensures a safe environment but is not responsible for personal injuries or loss of property during the camp. - Parents/guardians must notify The Streetz Football of any medical conditions or special requirements for their child before the camp begins. 6. *Program Changes* - The Streetz Football reserves the right to adjust camp dates, times, or locations. Participants will be notified of any changes in advance. 7.. *Photography and Media* • Photos and videos may be taken during the camp for promotional purposes.
